Shipping policy

We've partnered with a number of shipping carriers to provide standard and express shipping services. Packing and processing time will take 1-2 business days unless there are unavoidable delays with the carrier. Your shipping preference can be selected at checkout and all you will be provided with a tracking number for your order. Please note that transit times may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible and will provide service updates where necessary.

Delivery estimates and destination guide

  • Our delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
  • Product prices do not include customs, duty feels and/or import taxes. Customers are solely responsible for any additional customs/import fees.
  • Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.
  • All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

  • New Zealand: 4-11 business days
  • UK: 5-18 business days
  • US/Canada: 9-20 business days
  • Other Countries: 14-30 business days

Express shipping to:

  • Australia: 1-3 business days (AusPost Express)
  • New Zealand: 2-5 business days
  • UK: 4-6 business days
  • US/Canada: 3-6 business days
  • Other Countries: 3-12 business days

We want to provide the best delivery experience, even for standard shipping options. Our preferred delivery partner for standard international deliveries is DHL.

For Deucekey this means we aim to dispatch all standard international deliveries through DHL. There are however certain instances where an alternate shipping carrier must be used.

Australia Post is committed to carbon-neutral parcel delivery, which is why they've introduced their Climate Active certified Carbon Neutral Deliveries program. Since 2019, they've sent 200+ million parcels carbon neutral, which is the equivalent of taking 117,000 cars off the road – or roughly 280,000 tonnes of emissions.
